These Terms govern humehealthband.org and the Hume Health mobile app (referred to together as the "Services"), both operated by Hume Health Corp. From the moment you order, register, or simply use the Services, everything below applies to you.

1. Age Requirement

To buy from humehealthband.org or set up a Hume Health account, you'll need to be 18 or older, or the age of legal adulthood in your location. Children aren't part of the intended audience, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

2. What Placing An Order Means

Submitting an order is your offer to purchase a Hume Health Band (and any add-ons, like the extended warranty) at the checkout price. In certain scenarios — fraud concerns, pricing mistakes, stock shortages — we may cancel that order, and you'll receive a complete refund if that happens.

All pricing is in USD unless we say otherwise, and it can change without prior notice, though never retroactively for an order already placed.

3. Shipping And Return Details

Everything about delivery windows and returning your purchase lives on our Refund & Returns page, which counts as part of this agreement.

4. A Clear Health Disclaimer

The Hume Health Band is a consumer wellness product designed to shed light on general lifestyle and health trends. It is not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent illness. Any figure it produces — biological age, metabolic momentum, illness indicators — comes from sensor data run through proprietary algorithms, meant as a wellness estimate rather than clinical fact.

Consult an actual doctor before acting on medical decisions, and get help immediately for serious concerns, regardless of what the app is showing at the time.

5. Keeping Your Account Protected

Whatever happens under your Hume Health login sits on your shoulders, so guard those credentials carefully. Notice something suspicious? Let us know right away.

6. Behavior We Don't Allow

Reverse-engineering or tampering with the Hume Health Band's hardware or software in ways that break the law isn't permitted, nor is using the Services to infringe on someone else's rights or attempting unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Ownership Of The Brand

"Hume Health Band," "Hume Band," "Hume Health," and everything tied to that branding belongs to Hume Health Corp. The device design, the app, and all content on this site fall under copyright protection — none of it gets reproduced without our approval.

8. Limits On Our Liability

Outside the concrete warranty described in our Refund & Returns policy, the Services come with no further guarantees, to whatever extent the law allows. Hume Health Corp doesn't accept liability for indirect or downstream losses connected to using the product or Services.

9. Revisions To This Page

Expect these Terms to be updated occasionally, with each change reflected in a fresh "Last updated" date at the top. Keep using the Services after that point, and the new version applies to you.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms operate under the consumer and commercial laws applicable wherever Hume Health Corp is legally based, independent of conflict-of-law considerations.
